Using the same content and structure, Alpha courses have been run over morning coffee, in office lunch hours, as well as in the evening, meeting anywhere from homes to church buildings, cafes or pubs. Alpha has also successfully been run in chaplaincies, gyms, prisons, offices, residential homes, universities, parent and toddler groups, youth clubs, armed forces bases and schools, and with the deaf, blind and those who speak English as an overseas language (ESOL).
