Alpha International Week 2009

Swine Flu update

Due to the current global outbreak of the "Swine Flu" type of influenza we would like to assure you we are taking all necessary precautions (under the guidance of the World Health Organisation) to ensure everyone attending our event stays in full health.

We will be:

  • Having a First Aid Room for anyone not feeling well with First Aid officers on call at all times
  • Supplying antibacterial alcohol gels & hand wipes around the site for use by all
  • Having disposable masks available for use by anyone who would prefer to wear one

The organisers of this event are also regularly checking the progress of this situation and will continue to modify our plans to stay in line with the guidance of the relevant health authorities.

Accommodation

To book accommodation close to HTB we recommend using Event Express to book your accommodation for Alpha International Week 2009; as each time you book through them they will make a donation towards the work of Alpha International. Alternatively we would suggest using hoteldirect, london-hostels or please view our comprehensive accommodation list.

Name Badge & Timetable

Your name badge will be in your personalised envelope. Please remember to put your name badge on immediately after registration and keep it on at all times, as this will give you access to the sessions. The church grounds are open to the public, therefore it will also be necessary for us to check name badges at meal times. If you lose your name badge, please go to the Welcome Desk where we can provide you with a replacement.
