The organisers of this event are also regularly checking the progress of this situation and will continue to modify our plans to stay in line with the guidance of the relevant health authorities.
To book accommodation close to HTB we recommend using Event Express to book your accommodation for Alpha International Week 2009; as each time you book through them they will make a donation towards the work of Alpha International. Please remember to put your name badge on immediately after registration and keep it on at all times, as this will give you access to the sessions. The church grounds are open to the public, therefore it will also be necessary for us to check name badges at meal times. If you lose your name badge, please go to the Welcome Desk where we can provide you with a replacement.
If it has been agreed in writing by Alpha International that you are to receive a bursary, please visit the Welcome Lounge as soon possible to make a bursary collection appointment. Please bring your original flight receipt and ticket, and photocopies, with you to your appointment.
Unfortunately, Alpha International is unable to meet any additional costs that you may incur during your stay in London, such as additional meals, transportation or accommodation.
You may be asked to attend additional meetings during the week. These have been scheduled to try to minimise any disruption to the main programme. If we have scheduled you in for any meetings, you will be advised by email the week before INTERNATIONAL Week. Please advise us immediately if you are unable to make any of your meetings.
