You are able to connect with other alpha friends using the private messaging tool.
- Click My inbox which can be found in the My account section (top right)
- Begin to type the username of the person you wish to contact. A list of alpha friends will be displayed as you type
- Choose the username from the list
- Complete the subject and message fields - these are mandatory
- Click Send private message button
