The interior of the church was decorated with flags representing all the different nations present at the event.

Tim Hughes led the worship and Pete Greig the prayer. Delegates who have suffered persecution in their home countries were honored and prayed for.

Alpha advisers from the Middle East and Zimbabwe face danger running Alpha in their countries, but each have been faithful in the middle of their trials.

Instead of traditional prayer, they crowd surfed over the worshippers – the hands holding up their bodies being a physical manifestation of ours prayers holding them up at this time.

On Friday many EMEA delegates attended a marriage conference and GAT training day at HTB.
