100 Attend Day for Kirk Ministers and Key Leaders
100 ministers and key leaders from the national 'Kirk' attended the new 'Living and Sharing Faith Day' in Glasgow on 22 April.
Rev Dr Graham Tomlin, author of 'The Provocative Church' & 'Spiritual Fitness' and Dean of St Mellitus College & Principal of St Paul's Theological Centre in London, was the key speaker. Dr Tomlin looked at Alpha in the bigger picture of ministry, mission and discipleship.
Key senior staff from The Church of Scotland contibuted and the day has cemented stronger links with the national church which is Scotland's largest denomination.
Alpha courses currently run in more than 200 parishes across the country and we look forward to the exciting prospect of new courses starting in churches new to Alpha.
