Alpha South West
Vision
To see the re-evangelisation of the South West of England and the transformation of our society.
The Alpha course is running in churches across all denominations in the South West. As individual lives are transformed through discovering a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, communities are impacted. Over 2 million people in the UK have been on an Alpha course and our hope is that millions more will have the opportunity to explore the meaning of life. We want to work together with all churches in the South West to reach our friends, family, neighbours and colleagues with the good news about Jesus.
Mission
To support and encourage churches in the South West of England to run effective Alpha courses, so that every person in the region has an invitation and an opportunity to attend an Alpha course.

Alpha South West will...
- Encourage and support local church groups to run Alpha effectively
- Provide help, advice and training opportunities
- Be a point of contact to encourage communication and networking between groups running Alpha
- Partner with other organisations in the SW to see the transformation of individuals’ lives and their communities
