For the past 10 weeks the Alpha course at RNAS Culdrose has met at the home of Tony and Jo Grey. A typical evening sees the group "sit down to a meal and then have a fattening pudding while watching the videos. 

Jo tells us that 5 people have been able to continue on the course with others unable to complete it because of work commitments - Culdrose is very busy with many people backwards and forwards to sea. Please remember families coping on their own and those away from their loved ones.
