The Helicopter Museum in Weston-super-Mare will host a fantastic party on Thursday 18 September to launch Alpha in churches and other venues across the town.

This is an imaginative venue and guests will be able to wander around the exhibits whilst enjoy excellent food and wine. Live music will be provided by an energetic young gospel choir, Youthful Spirit, and there will be
a bookstall and screens showing Christian testimonies.

The highlight of the evening will be an interview with a Brazilian footballer, Adriano Basso. Basso is the goalkeeper for Bristol City football club who narrowly missed promotion to the premiership at the play-offs in Wembley earlier this year -
next year will be different! Basso is passionate about Jesus.

This is the first time churches in Weston have worked together to host such a launch and we are very excited
