We started Alpha in our TB hospital in SA. I see the members who are attending it at the workplace displaying calmness, co-operation, kindness and I look forward to introducing new members. I could not attend with them as I am the manager and the feeling is that personnel would not be free to comment in my presence. I am going to start attending Alpha in the new season outside the workplace. I would have loved to attend in the work place but I could not.
