"For many years I asked Tricia Neill to host a conference to address the questions churches were asking about managing church growth. Finally, last year, she agreed and we held our first Vision to Action Conference.

It was no surprise to me that 1,000 delegates - mostly church leaders and their teams - attended and the response was hugely positive. It was clear we had hit a real nerve in the church.

The necessity for skills in organisation and management in the church today has never been more apparent.

Following the event in London a number of church leaders asked us if they could host a Vision to Action Conference for churches in the North. We were delighted to agree.

The conference is an attempt to pass on those management skills to any church leader who would like help. The material will suit leaders of churches of all sizes and their teams who want to move ahead in this area."
